基于OBE理念的高校排球课教学改革与创新实践分析

摘　　要：实施以成果为导向的教育理念,针对高校排球教学课程进行创新改革,目标在于提高学生综合素质的全面性并增强学生的排球实际操作技能。该文深入探讨了现阶段高等教育领域排球教学的现实状况以及遭遇的多项教学难题,进而提出遵循OBE教育理念的创新改革方案,涵盖持续优化的课程规划、融入创新教学法的实践探索、完善评价体系等全方位改革。借助实际案例进行说明,这些改革措施已通过实践验证其在提高教学效果和学生满意度上起到了显著的正面推动作用。预测即将到来的高校排球教学发展动向,凸显持续优化与创新的重要性。The implementation of the results-oriented education concept for college volleyball teaching curriculum innovation reform aims to improve the comprehensive quality of students and enhance students' volleyball practical skills. This paper deeply discusses the current situation of volleyball teaching in the field of higher education and a number of teaching problems encountered, and then puts forward an innovative reform plan that follows the OBE education concept, covering the comprehensive reform of continuous optimization of curriculum planning, the practice exploration of integrating innovative teaching methods and the improvement of evaluation system.With the help of actual cases, these reform measures have been verified by practice in improving the teaching effect and student satisfaction, played a significant positive role in promoting. To predict the coming development trend of volleyball teaching in colleges and universities, the importance of continuous optimization and innovation is highlighted.
