摘　　要：2025年第九届亚洲冬季运动会即将在冰城哈尔滨盛大举行,这一体育盛会承载着多重意义与使命。它不仅为东北地区提供了一个全方位展示冰雪运动卓越成就的宏大舞台,更是推动当地冰雪体育产业蓬勃发展、显著提升城市国际影响力的绝佳契机。这种发展态势下,冰雪产业正步入“冰雪+”多元化融合发展的新纪元,对于促进冰雪体育专业人才的培养、提升冰雪运动的整体水平和产业链发展具有深远的影响[1]。然而,当前高校在该领域面临诸多挑战。针对这些困境进行深入剖析,旨在探索创新路径,缓解人才供需矛盾,以提升人才培养质量为亚冬会助力。同时,推动冰雪体育产业高质量发展,促进高校冰雪体育专业人才的培育,全面提升冰雪运动的综合水平,推动整个产业链的优化升级,为冰雪运动的繁荣发展提供坚实的人才支撑。The 9th Asian Winter Games in 2025 will be held in the ice city of Harbin,which carries multiple meanings and missions.It not only provides a grand stage for the Northeast region to display the outstanding achievements of ice and snow sports in an all-round way,but also an excellent opportunity to promote the vigorous development of the local ice and snow sports industry and significantly enhance the city's international influence.Under this development trend,the ice and snow industry is entering a new era of diversified and integrated development of"ice and snow+",which has a far-reaching impact on promoting the cultivation of ice and snow sports professionals,improving the overall level of ice and snow sports,and the development of the industrial chain[1].However,universities currently face many challenges in this area.In view of these dilemmas,the purpose of in-depth analysis is to explore innovation paths,alleviate the contradiction between talent supply and demand,and improve the quality of talent training to help the Asian Winter Games.As well as promoting the high-quality development of the ice and snow sports industry,promoting the cultivation of ice and snow sports professionals in colleges and universities,comprehensively improving the comprehensive level of ice and snow sports,and promoting the optimization and upgrading of the entire industrial chain,so as to provide solid talent support for the prosperity and development of ice and snow sports.
