摘　　要：新时代背景下,警察教育肩负着培养高素质人民警察队伍的重任,这对警察院校的体育教育提出了更高要求。一方面,体育教师需要适应新时期警察教育的新要求;另一方面,教师自身职业发展也存在一些亟待解决的问题。该研究以宁夏警官职业学院体育教师为研究对象,采用文献资料、访谈等研究方法,分析教师职业素养的内涵、特征及现状,剖析存在的问题,提出切实可行的提升路径。旨在为宁夏警官职业学院体育教师队伍建设提供理论参考和实践指导,进而推动警察院校体育教育的改革与发展。Police education shoulders the important task of cultivating a high-quality police force under the background of the new era,which puts forward higher requirements for physical education in police colleges.On the one hand,physical education teachers need to adapt to the new requirements of police education in the new era;on the other hand,teachers'own professional development also has some problems to be solved urgently.This study takes the physical education teachers of Ningxia Police Vocational College as the research object,using literature,interviews and other research methods to analyze the connotation,characteristics and current situation of teachers'professional accomplishment,analyze the existing problems and put forward feasible ways to improve.The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the construction of physical education teachers in Ningxia Police Vocational College,and further promote the reform and development of physical education in police colleges.
