摘　　要：高职高专体育教学改革之前,需要院校充分了解用人市场的人才需求,明确学生需要具备哪些就业核心素养,以找准改革的目标,坚持合理原则,完善改革体系。在实践中需要调整课程体系、教学模式、教学方法。再通过教学评价对该阶段的教学质量、学业质量进行全面考察和评估,以进行第二轮的教学改革。Before the reform of physical education teaching in vocational colleges,it is necessary for colleges to fully understand the talent needs of the employment market,clarify what core employment qualities students need to possess,in order to find the reform goals,adhere to the principle of rationality,and improve the reform system.In practice,it is necessary to adjust the curriculum system,teaching mode,and teaching methods.Further conduct a comprehensive assessment and evaluation of the teaching and academic quality at this stage through teaching evaluation,in order to proceed with the second round of teaching reform.
