摘　　要：中小学课余田径训练是学校体育的重要组成部分。它是完成我国教育方针促进人的全面发展的有机组成,是实现学校培养目标和教学目标的有效途径。学校课余田径训练能够有效地发展学生的体能,还能够培养学生主动参加体育运动的习惯,以及调控情绪的能力。该文以苏州市高新区课余田径训练的构成要素为分析内容,分析研究了苏州市高新区中小学课余田径训练现状及存在的问题。通过对苏州市高新区中小学课余田径训练进行调查研究,提出相应问题解决的手段和途径,进而推动苏州市高新区课余田径训练更好发展。Extracurricular track and field training in primary and secondary schools is an important component of school sports.It is an organic component of promoting comprehensive human development in accordance with China's education policy,and an effective way to achieve school training and teaching objectives.School extracurricular track and field training can effectively develop students'physical fitness,cultivate their habit of actively participating in sports,and develop their ability to regulate emotions.This article analyzes the constituent elements of extracurricular track and field training in Suzhou High tech Zone,and studies the current situation and existing problems of extracurricular track and field training in primary and secondary schools in Suzhou High tech Zone.
