新课标视域下传承与发展传统武术文化的教育路径研究

摘　　要：在新课标的指示下,探索将武术教育融入中学体育课程教学中,引领学生传承与发展传统武术文化,促使学生身心健康发展,无疑有着非常积极的教育价值。该文对此展开研究,参考了相关文献资料,也基于自身对于武术教学的理解,重点研究了中学体育课传承与发展武术文化的教育路径。经研究发现,中学体育课展开武术教学,有利于促使学生身心健康发展,培养学生的勇气自信、竞争意识、道德观念等综合素养,促使学生养成良好的运动习惯以及终身体育意识。而传承与发展传统武术文化教育的路径,则需围绕完善顶层设计、完善教育内容、教师强化指导、加强文化教育、开展游戏教学、开展武术竞赛、构建武术社团、坚持因材施教、落实教学评价等方面构建,使得中学武术课能够更加有效、更加高效。Under the guidance of the new curriculum standards,exploring the integration of martial arts education into middle school physical education curriculum teaching,guiding students to inherit and develop traditional martial arts culture,and promoting the healthy development of students'physical and mental health undoubtedly has very positive educational value.This article conducts research on this,referencing relevant literature and based on its own understanding of martial arts teaching,focusing on the educational path of inheriting and developing martial arts culture in middle school physical education classes.Through research,it has been found that teaching martial arts in middle school physical education classes is beneficial for promoting the physical and mental health development of students,cultivating their comprehensive qualities such as courage,confidence,competitive awareness,and moral concepts,and promoting the development of good exercise habits and lifelong sports awareness.The path of inheriting and developing traditional martial arts culture education needs to be built around improving top-level design,improving educational content,strengthening teacher guidance,strengthening cultural education,conducting game teaching,conducting martial arts competitions,building martial arts clubs,adhering to individualized teaching,and implementing teaching evaluation,so that middle school martial arts classes can be more effective and efficient.
