普通高校大学生参与冰雪体育运动的影响动机与发展策略研究

摘　　要：该研究旨在探讨普通高校大学生参与冰雪体育运动的影响动机及其发展策略。通过对内部动机和外部动机的分析,结合学校具体情况、社会援助、教师培训、特色活动、文化宣传以及多方协作等策略,提出促进大学生冰雪运动参与的有效途径。研究结果表明,综合运用多种策略能够显著提升大学生的冰雪运动参与度,为高校冰雪运动的发展提供理论支持和实践指导。This study aims to explore the motivational factors and development strategies for college students'participation in ice and snow sports in regular universities.By analyzing intrinsic and extrinsic motivations,and combining specific school conditions,social assistance,teacher training,special events,cultural promotion,and multi-party collaboration strategies,effective ways to promote college students'participation in ice and snow sports are proposed.The research results indicate that the comprehensive application of various strategies can significantly enhance college students'participation in ice and snow sports,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of ice and snow sports in universities.
