体教融合背景下云南师范大学优秀运动员学训矛盾现状及对策研究

摘　　要：在新时代背景下,体教融合已成为培养高素质竞技体育人才的重要途径。云南师范大学作为云南省重要的教育与体育结合体,近年来在培养优秀运动员方面取得了显著成效。然而,优秀运动员的学训矛盾仍是一个亟待解决的问题。该文旨在分析云南师范大学优秀运动员学训矛盾的现状,并提出相应的对策。《关于深化体教融合青少年健康发展的意见》指出,推进体育强国政策,坚持高校以体育人的全面发展的教育理念,更加重视对运动员综合能力的培养,因此学训矛盾是培养优秀运动员的关键问题。该文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法,通过研究云南师范大学优秀运动员的学训矛盾现状,分析其中存在的主要问题,提出针对性的解决对策。Under the background of the new era,the integration of sports and education has become an important way to cultivate high-quality competitive sports talents.Yunnan Normal University,as an important combination of education and sports in Yunnan Province,has made remarkable achievements in training outstanding athletes in recent years.However,the academic and training contradiction of elite athletes is still a problem to be solved urgently.This paper aims to analyze the current situation of the learning and training contradictions of elite athletes in Yunnan Normal University,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
