摘　　要：该研究探讨了体育心理学在高职足球教学中的应用及其效果。通过问卷调查和实验研究,分析了体育心理学理论和方法在高职足球教学中的具体应用策略,并评估了其对学生心理素质、技战术水平和学习动机的影响。研究结果表明,将体育心理学融入高职足球教学能有效提高教学质量和学生综合能力。该文为高职足球教学改革提供了理论依据和实践参考。This study explores the application and effects of sports psychology in football teaching in higher vocational education.Through questionnaire surveys,and experimental research,it analyzes the specific application strategies of sports psychology theories and methods in football teaching in higher vocational education,and evaluates their impact on students'psychological quality,tactical skills,and learning motivation.The results show that integrating sports psychology into football teaching in higher vocational education can effectively improve teaching quality and students'comprehensive abilities.This paper provides theoretical basis and practical reference for the reform of football teaching in higher vocational education.
