摘 要:随着国家对于全民健身的倡议和振兴三大球要求,篮球运动在中国的大地上更加火热,高校体育课程对篮球运动的发展和传播、学生体质的提高及体育精神的传承发挥着至关重要的作用。该研究采用篮球竞赛式教学法——一种结合篮球实战元素的创新体育教学模式,旨在探究其对于提高学生的篮球技能、理解和团队协作能力的效果。通过对高校体育课程中实施竞赛式教学法的学生进行为期一年的追踪研究,我们收集了数据进行横向与纵向的对比分析。运用了标准化技能测试、问卷调查及比赛表现分析等多种科学评估工具。结果显示,接受竞赛式教学法的学生在篮球技能掌握、战术理解以及团队协作方面均有显著提升,且学生体育课堂参与度和课程满意度亦有显著增加。明确了在实施竞赛式方法时需要注意的关键因素,包括教学计划的个性化设计、规则的适应性调整及教师角色的转变。为高校体育课程改革提供实证支持,也为篮球教学理论与实践提供了创新视角。With the national fitness initiative and the requirement of revitalizing the three big Balls,basketball has become more and more hot on the land of China.College sports courses play a vital role in the development and dissemination of basketball,the improvement of students'physical fitness and the inheritance of sports spirit.This study uses the basketball competition teaching method,an innovative physical education model that combines elements of actual basketball,to explore its effect on improving students'basketball skills,understanding and teamwork.Through a one-year follow-up study of the students who implement the competitive teaching method in the physical education course of colleges and universities,the data are collected and analyzed horizontally and vertically.A variety of scientific assessment tools such as standardized skill tests,questionnaires and competition performance analysis are used.The results showed that students who accepted the competition-style teaching method had significant improvements in basketball skills,tactical understanding and teamwork,and students'participation in sports class and course satisfaction also increased significantly.The key factors that need to be paid attention to in the implementation of the competitive method are clarified,including the individualized design of the teaching plan,the adaptive adjustment of the rules and the transformation of the teacher's role.It provides empirical support for the reform of college physical education curriculum and provides an innovative perspective for the theory and practice of basketball teaching.
