海南省琼海市残疾人体育参与现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法等研究方法,对海南省琼海市残疾人体育参与现状及影响因素进行调查分析。经调查,存在下列主要问题:残疾人体育参与度较低;残疾人体育锻炼设施与服务不够完善;相关管理模式及制度不够健全。经分析,提出以下建议:根据残疾程度增设体育设备;培养体育专业指导服务人才;设立残疾人体育活动专项资金;建立更多示范点及开放相关体育场所;普及农村残疾人义务教育;多部门联动提升残疾人体育服务。Using the literature method,questionnaire survey method,field investigation method and other research methods,this paper investigated and analyzed the current situation and influencing factors of sports participation of the disabled in Qionghai City,Hainan Province.According to the survey,the following main problems exist:low participation in sports for persons with disabilities;inadequate facilities and services for physical exercise for persons with disabilities;The relevant management model and system are not sound enough.After analysis,the following recommendations were made:additional sports equipment according to the degree of disability;Cultivating professional guidance and service talents in sports;setting up a special fund for sports activities for persons with disabilities;establishing more demonstration sites and opening up relevant sports venues;universal compulsory education for persons with disabilities in rural areas;Multi-sectoral linkage to improve sports services for persons with disabilities.
