摘　　要：Amid the intensifying global contention surrounding the governance of artificial intelligence(AI),China has consistently prioritized the establishment of a rule-based framework within the AI sector,integrating AI legislation into its legislative agenda.Currently,China possesses a foundational institutional structure for AI-specific legislation,with the academic community actively contributing insights and proposing two drafts for AI legislation.
