摘　　要：历史地段是城乡历史文化保护传承体系的新对象类型,是实现保护传承空间全覆盖、要素全囊括、时间全贯通的重要抓手,新时期历史地段的内涵、外延和保护理念都面临全方位的深刻变革。在对历史地段保护实践特征与问题分析的基础上,多维度认知历史地段在保护传承体系中的重要意义,为历史地段注入新的价值内涵,重构历史地段的类型标准,并从划定保护底线、优化更新方法、完善管理机制等方面提出了新时期历史地段的保护路径建议。希望能为新时期我国历史文化保护本土化理论方法的创新提供有益的借鉴。Historic area is a new type object in the urban and rural historic and cultural protection and inheritance system which is an important lever for achieving the protection and inheritance that covers all the space,elements and continuity of time.In the New Era,its connotation,extension,and protection concept are all facing profound changes in all aspects.Based on the analysis of characteristics and problems of historic area protection,this paper recognizes the important significance of historic areas in the protection and inheritance system from multiple dimensions,injects new value connotations into the historic area,reconstructs the type standards and proposes protection path for historic area.At the same time,suggestions for the protection of historic area are provided such as the delineation of protection bottom lines,optimization of update methods,and improvement of management mechanisms.Its hoped that providing useful references for the innovation of localization theory for the protection of historical and cultural heritage in the new era.
