摘　　要：随着存量更新时代的到来和社会治理重心的下移,公众参与成为城市更新与治理的本质表征和核心理念。城市微更新治理绩效主要表现为公众参与成效。因此,亟需探索过程导向、系统高效的公众参与分析工具。研究基于国内外公众参与理论及方法梳理,构建了本土化的多维分级评价体系,以南宁城市社区老友花园网络营造为例展开实证研究,从参与深度、行动强度和网络韧度三方面六维度评估城市微更新的治理绩效,剖析公众参与行动的结构性逻辑,并总结城市微更新实践的优化路径。研究提出,推进公众参与应权衡空间公共性与社会参与度,协调更新项目的短期性与社区参与的长期性,并遵循循序渐进的科学规律。With the advent of the stock regeneration era and the downward shift of the focus of social governance,public participation has become the essential representation and core concept of urban regeneration and governance.The governance performance of urban micro-regeneration is mainly reflected in the degree of public participation.Therefore,there is an urgent need to explore processoriented,efficient and systematic public participation analysis tools.Based on a review of domestic and international public participation theories and methods,this study constructs a localized multi-dimensional grading evaluation system and conducts empirical research taking the Love U Garden network in Nanning as an example.The study evaluates the governance performance of urban microregeneration from three aspects and six dimensions:depth of participation,action intensity and network tenacity,analyzes the structural logic of public participation actions and summarizes the optimization path for urban micro-regeneration practices.The study suggests that public participation should balance the publicness of space and social participation,coordinate the short-term regeneration projects and the long-term community participation,and follow the scientific law of gradual progress.
