摘 要:以“划界理论”作为分析的概念工具,通过参与观察和深入访谈法,试图解释不同居民群体如何在空间改造时通过“划界”维护自身利益,并深入剖析在划界行动中不同居民群体所蕴含的“划界能力”。研究发现:居民的划界能力受到单位制度、教育与文化水平、经济条件与住户结构变化及个人能动性的影响。经由论述划界能力的形成、发展与居民之间彼此博弈的行动过程,揭示出小区改造中多样的居民群体及当中的社会不平等。基于居民之间的利益冲突及参与的公平性问题,提出在建立平台及动员居民参与社区公共事务的创新方法,鼓励更多居民参与到讨论的过程,进而凝聚社区共识和认同感。This paper applies boundary theory as a conceptual framework and utilizes participant observation and in-depth interviews to examine how various resident groups safeguard their interests through boundary work during spatial renovations.It further explores the capabilities of boundary work among different groups in these processes.Key factors influencing boundary work capabilities include the legacy of the former unit system,education and cultural background,economic capacity,household structure changes,and individual agency.By analysing the formation,development,and interaction of boundary work,this study uncovers the diversity of resident groups and the social inequalities embedded in community renovation.Based on resident conflicts over interests and participation fairness,this paper proposes innovative approaches to mobilize community engagement.It suggests leveraging established negotiation platforms to encourage broader resident participation in public affairs,fostering discussions,and strengthening community consensus and identity.
