摘　　要：战略留白用地作为北京市新版总体规划的重大创新,是北京市贯彻落实习近平生态文明思想的重要规划举措和生动实践。在重点分析战略留白用地的内涵价值和当前面临的问题挑战基础上,依据北京市实际情况提出了关键策略,并结合国家经济发展形势做出了部分探索性思考和建议,力图在贯彻落实国家和北京市战略要求的基础上,适度增加实施弹性,努力缓解各区施行难题,为未来的持续治理打下坚实的政策基础。This fully reflects the responsibility and commitment of Beijing to the long-term development of the city,the historical patience to leave room for future development,and the forward-looking,scientific,and authoritative nature of planning.This article focuses on analyzing the connotation value of strategic blank land and the current problems and challenges it faces.Based on the actual situation in Beijing,key strategies are proposed,and some exploratory thoughts and suggestions are made in combination with the national economic development situation.The aim is to moderately increase implementation flexibility,alleviate implementation difficulties in various districts,and lay a solid policy foundation for future sustainable governance on the basis of implementing national and Beijing strategic requirements.
