摘　　要：新时期国土空间治理强调底线管控,对城市新增用地实施边界管控和总量控制,研究不同城市空间形态与空间利用效率的耦合关系,有利于揭示城市扩张规律,进而指导优化城市布局、合理调控省域增量空间、促进城市可持续发展。在识别山东城市空间形态类型基础上,对不同城市形态类型城市进行节地性分析。采用SBM-undesirable模型从经济发展、土地利用和社会发展三个维度综合评价不同形态类型的空间增长效率,发现城市形态对城市空间利用效率产生显著影响;根据不同类型城市形态的城市空间利用效率研判城市空间发展的增量需求,利用SPSS软件的二阶聚类法对不同增量需求的城市进行分类并分别研究差异化管控对策,以实现城市形态与用地效率的协同优化。In the new era of territorial spatial governance,emphasis is placed on bottom-line controls,implementing boundary management and total volume regulation for urban land expansion.By studying the coupling relationship between different urban spatial forms and spatial utilization efficiency,this study helps to reveal the development patterns of urban expansion,guiding the optimization of urban layouts,rational adjustment of incremental spaces at the provincial level,and promoting sustainable urban development.This study analyzes the evolution types of urban spatial forms in Shandong Province based on spatial compactness,fractal dimension,and centroid shift measurement.Using the SBM-undesirable model,spatial growth efficiency is evaluated from economic development,land use,and social development dimensions for various urban forms,revealing a significant impact of spatial form on urban spatial utilization efficiency.Incremental spatial development needs are assessed based on the spatial utilization efficiency of different urban forms.The TwoStep Cluster method of SPsS software is used to classify cities with different incremental demands and study differentiated management and control strategies respectively to achieve coordinated optimization of urban form and land use efficiency.
