摘  要:随着国际遥感技术的发展,我国空间遥感相机的有效口径逐渐增大,相机的产能要求日渐提升,与之对应的相机装调模式与工艺方法也需不断革新。由于大口径相机在光轴水平状态下的重力形变量过大,此因素的影响不可忽略,提出一种相机光轴竖直装调技术路线,突破了大口径反射镜的精确装配定位、重力误差剔除、光轴竖直状态下相机光轴基准引出等一系列技术难题,在保证相机装调精度的同时,提升了装调效率。此外,介绍了智能化装调单元。实践表明,采用该链路的相关技术可提升系统预装配精度,缩短研制周期,解决相机竖直状态下光轴基准检测困难和相机装调结果天地一致难以保证的问题。Significance In recent years,China has completed the development of many remote sensing models,and the maximum aperture of remote sensing cameras in orbit has exceeded 1 meter,the manufacturing level of remote sensing cameras with the same caliber has basically caught up with the international advanced level.And the assembly and adjustment cycle of a remote sensing camera is about 90 days,which can meet the needs of a small number of tasks.As the construction of remote sensing constellations characterized by"large quantities"has become the mainstream,the current production mode has a series of problems such as long cycle and low level of automation,which cannot meet the needs of high-efficiency assembly and adjustment under the development of large-scale remote sensing cameras.In order to realize the high-efficiency manufacturing of large-aperture remote sensing cameras,a vertical assembly and adjustment technical route applied to large-aperture cameras was proposed,and on this basis,a series of technical problems such as accurate assembly and positioning of largeaperture mirrors,gravitational error elimination,and camera optical axis datum elimination in the vertical state of optical axis were solved,which laid a technical foundation for the construction of an intelligent vertical assembly and adjustment unit.Progress Compared with the traditional horizontal alignment mode of optical axis,the vertical alignment of the optical axis of the remote sensing camera has a subversive change.1)High-precision assembly technology for large-aperture mirror:Large-aperture mirrors are typically supported in a"discrete"type,as shown in Figure 2.The connection between the mirror and the camera structure is usually in the form of a plastic cup and a rubber rod,which avoids the gasket repair process of the traditional screw connection method.In addition,the traditional optical axis datum centering can be replaced by adjusting the length of the support rod between the mirror and the camera support structure,as shown in Figure 4.In
