透视特朗普第二任期的中美关系与台湾问题

摘　　要：特朗普再次执政,掀起以“MAGA运动”为核心的风暴席卷全球,给中美关系和台海局势带来更多不确定性和难以预料的风险挑战,预示着美“以台制华、阻统挺独”政策进入新阶段。特朗普第二任期的中美关系和台海政策深受其野心梦想、人格特质、权力基础和施政方向的影响,“特赖组合”推升台海局势的复杂性与对抗性。面对特朗普卷土重来带来的复杂严峻挑战,我们必须始终保持战略自信和战略定力从容应对,因势而谋、应势而动、顺势而为,以自身的战略选择影响和塑造中美关系。从战略全局出发,坚定而灵活地运用“两手对两手”策略,敢斗善斗巧斗,推动中美双方找到正确相处之道。在台湾问题上,旗帜鲜明地开展反干涉、反分裂斗争,全力塑造有利态势,防范化解风险。After Trump comes into power again,the storm centered around the“MAGA Movement”has swept across the globe,bringing more uncertainties and unpredictable risks and challenges to China-US relations and the situation across the Taiwan Strait.This also indicates that the US policy of“using Taiwan to contain China,obstructing reunification and supporting‘Taiwan independence’”will enter a new stage.The China-US relations and the cross-strait policy during Trump’s second term are deeply influenced by Trump’s ambitions,personality traits,power base and the direction of his governance.The“Trump-Lai combination”will escalate the complexity and confrontational nature of the situation across the Taiwan Strait.Facing the complex and severe challenges brought about by Trump’s comeback,we must always maintain strategic confidence and strategic focus and respond calmly.We should plan according to the situation,take actions in response to the situation,and act in accordance with the trend,and shape China-US relations with our own strategic choices.From the perspective of the overall strategy,we should firmly and flexibly apply the strategy of“countering two-handed tactics with our own two-handed tactics”,be brave,good and skillful in struggle,and promote both China and the US to find the right way to get along with each other.Regarding the Taiwan question,we should clearly and resolutely carry out the struggle against interference and separatism,make every effort to create a situation favorable to us,prevent and defuse risks.
