摘　　要：随着新能源汽车的发展,其对人才培养要求日趋提高。现阶段新能源汽车人才培养仍然面临着匹配难、衔接慢和质量忧等问题。江苏大学新能源汽车专精特新产业学院,形成了创新型人才培养新模式、研究与人才培养并重的发展方式和企业化绩效考核管理方式的融合育人路径。共同搭建以“一个研究院、三个中心、一个平台”为核心的“1+3+1”学院建设框架,为区域新能源汽车产业中小企业“专精特新”发展和产业链供应链稳定培养、输送大批应用型、复合型、创新型人才。With the development of new energy vehicles,the requirements for talent training are increasing.However,at present,the talent training for new energy vehicles still faces challenges such as difficulty in matching,slow connection,and concerns about quality.T Taking Jiangsu University's College of New Energy Vehicles as an example,it has developed a blended educational path that integrates an innovative talent cultivation model,a development approach that emphasizes both research and talent cultivation,and an enterprise-oriented performance assessment management system.Together,they have constructed a"1+3+1"college development framework centered on"one institute,three centers,one platform".Through these initiatives,the university and enterprises jointly build an innovative mechanism for talent cultivation in the new energy vehicle industry,sharing diverse collaborative resources and achievements.This aims to support the stable cultivation and delivery of a large number of application-oriented,composite,and innovative talents for the development and industrial chain supply chain stability of small and medium-sized enterprises in the regional virtual reality industry focused on specialization,expertise,and new technologies.
