摘　　要：随着建筑业智能化转型加速推进,现有工程造价专业课程设置与人才培养模式已难以满足行业发展新需求,亟需根据市场动态重构其能力标准体系。本文采用招聘数据挖掘与多案例文本分析相结合的混合研究方法,系统调研了当前就业市场的工程造价人才需求,并分析了智能化转型背景下的新需求。基于项目全生命周期阶段划分与能力标准层级管理,重新构建了工程造价专业能力标准体系。研究揭示了传统工程造价人才需求在智能化转型中的变化,以及新型复合型人才的能力需求。研究结果为高校课程设置与人才培养模式优化提供了前瞻性建议。With the rapid advancement of intelligent transformation in the construction industry,the current curriculum design and talent training system for cost engineering can no longer accommodate the evolving demands of the industry.There is an urgent need to reconstruct the competency standard system for cost engineering in alignment with market dynamics.This study employs a mixed-method approach,integrating recruitment data mining and multi-case text analysis,to systematically investigate the current market demand for cost engineering professionals and the emerging requirements under intelligent transformation.Based on project lifecycle stages and a hierarchical competency management framework,a new competency standard system for cost engineering has been developed.The study highlights the shifts in traditional cost engineering roles brought about by intelligent transformation and emphasizes the growing demand for interdisciplinary professionals with both traditional and intelligent cost management skills.The findings provide forward-looking recommendations for optimizing university curricula and talent development strategies.
