摘  要:高水平学科交叉团队是研究型大学深入推进“双一流”建设,促进学科交叉融合的重要依托。基于两所研究型大学9个高水平学科交叉团队的质性分析,构建了高水平学科交叉团队发展影响机制框架。发现“生存下去”是科研团队走向交叉的前因条件,关键行动者是提升团队发展水平的“中介变量”,制度、资源和文化互动构建的发展空间形塑了学科交叉团队策略空间。高水平学科交叉团队采取注重长效机制建设、形成比较优势和优化组织生态等行动策略实现快速突围。推进学科交叉团队高质量发展,需从深化学科交叉融合的“资源—制度—文化”多向度和“系统—组织—基础”多层面精准施策,构筑有利于学科交叉团队发展的多维空间。High-level interdisciplinary teams are a crucial pillar for research universities aiming to advance towards the"Double First-Class"initiative and foster interdisciplinary integration.A framework for understanding the impact mechanism of high-level interdisciplinary teams development was developed through qualitative analysis of nine such teams from two research universities.The study found that"survival"is a precondition for research teams to engage in interdisciplinary collaboration,with key actors serving as"mediating variables"to enhance team development.The strategic space of interdisciplinary teams is shaped by the interplay between institutions,resources,and culture,creating a development space.High-level interdisciplinary teams employ strategies like long-term mechanism development,establishing comparative advantages,and optimizing organizational ecology to achieve rapid breakthroughs.To advance the high-quality development of interdisciplinary teams,it is essential to implement targeted measures across multiple dimensions-from resources to systems to culture,and from structures to organizational foundations-to create a multidimensional environment conducive to interdisciplinary team development.
