摘 要:男性性腺功能减退症的发生受复杂因素影响,其中激素分泌异常是其临床症状或病因之一。现代辅助生殖技术对于克服性腺功能减退症做出了很大贡献,但价格、治疗手段均限制了其应用。多肽蛋白类生殖激素作为生殖激素的一大类别,在睾丸不同发育阶段中发挥着不同却极为重要的作用。多肽蛋白类生殖激素替代疗法对性腺功能减退症的治疗具有显著的作用,本文综述了多肽蛋白类生殖激素对睾丸发育的影响,探讨了多肽蛋白类生殖激素的不同类型及作用机制,同时论述了多肽蛋白类生殖激素及替代疗法在性腺功能减退症中的诊断治疗应用,旨在帮助推动多肽蛋白类生殖激素在性腺功能减退症诊断治疗中的临床应用。The development of male hypogonadism is influenced by a complex of factors,among which abnormal hormone production is one of its clinical symptoms or causes.Modern assisted reproductive technologies have contributed greatly to overcoming hypogonadism,but the price and the means of treatment have limited their application.Peptide reproductive hormones,as a major group of reproductive hormones,play different but extremely important roles in different stages of testicular development.Peptide protein-based reproductive hormone replacement therapy has a significant role in the treatment of hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.This article reviews the effects of peptide protein reproductive hormones on testicular development,discusses the different types of peptide protein reproductive hormones and their mechanisms of action,and also discusses the diagnostic and therapeutic applications of peptide protein reproductive hormones and alternative therapies in hypogonadism,with the aim of helping to promote the clinical application of peptide protein reproductive hormones in the diagnostic and therapeutic treatment of hypogonadism.
