摘 要:金属有机框架(MOF)是具有结构可调和功能可控的特点一类材料,尽管MOFs在各个行业中都有广泛的应用,但在生物医学和食品领域的应用受到限制,主要是由于其潜在的生物毒性。因此,研究人员将重点放在开发生物相容性MOFs来解决这个问题,其中,环糊精基金属有机框架(CD-MOFs)已成为一种很有前途的替代品。CD-MOFs是利用天然碳水化合物环糊精和碱金属阳离子合成的新型MOFs,具有可再生、无毒、可食用等特点。由于其高比表面积、可控的孔隙率、良好的生物相容性,CD-MOFs已广泛应用于各种输送系统,如气体、色素和药物递送等。然而,CD-MOFs的发展仍处于初级阶段,文章基于对当前CD-MOFs药物递送系统的文献调研,对该材料的药物递送功能进行分析、研究、探索,以期对以后开发和研究新型的CD-MOFs载药系统提供帮助。Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)are a class of materials with adjustable structure and controllable functions.Although MOFs have a wide range of applications in various industries,their application in the biomedical and food sectors is limited,mainly due to their potential biotoxicity.Therefore,researchers are focusing on the development of biocompatible MOFs to solve this problem.Among them,cyclodextrin-based metal-organic frameworks(CD-MOFs)have emerged as a promising alternative.CD-MOFs are new MOFs synthesized by using natural carbohydrate cyclodextrin and alkali metal cations,which are renewable,non-toxic and edible.Due to their high specific surface area,controllable porosity,and good biocompatibility,CD-MOFs have been widely used in various delivery systems,such as gas,pigment,and drug delivery.However,the development of CD-MOFs is still in its infancy,and this paper analyzes,researches and explores the drug delivery function of CD-MOFs based on the literature survey of the current CD-MOFs drug delivery system,in order to provide help for the future development and research of new CD-MOFs drug delivery systems.
