摘　　要：目的检索、评价并总结前列腺癌根治术患者术前盆底肌锻炼的最佳证据。方法检索国内外指南网、组织机构及专业网站、数据库等,检索时限为自建库以来至2024年3月20日。对文献进行筛选、质量评价后对证据进行提取、分级及主题汇总。结果最终共纳入15篇文献,包括临床决策1篇、指南2篇、系统评价6篇、专家共识2篇、RCT4篇,提炼出5个主题(术前告知、锻炼时机及方法、指导方法、术后随访、健康教育),共15条最佳证据。结论护理人员可遵循最佳证据,进一步细化证据应用实践方案,为患者提供标准化的前列腺癌根治术患者排尿功能预康复管理。ObjectiveTo retrieve,evaluate and summarize the best evidence of preoperative pelvic floor muscle exercise in patients undergoing radical prostatectomy(RP).MethodsA comprehensive search was conducted across domestic and international guideline databases,professional organizations,specialized websites,and academic databases,covering records from the inception of each database through March 20,2024.After literature screening and quality evaluation,the evidence was extracted,graded and subject summarized.ResultsFinally,a total of 15 literatures were included,including 1 clinical decision,2 guidelines,6 systematic reviews,2 expert consensus and 4 RCT studies.Five themes(preoperative notification,exercise timing and methods,guidance methods,postoperative follow-up,and health education)were extracted,with a total of 15 best evidence.ConclusionsNurses can refine the evidence application practice plan following the best evidence and provide standardized pre-rehabilitation management of urinary function for patients undergoing radical prostatectomy.
