摘　　要：运动恐惧已经成为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术(PCI)术后参加运动康复的重要阻碍。本文基于对国内外相关文献的分析,对冠心病患者PCI术后运动恐惧概念演化过程、评估工具及原因进行了综述,旨在为医护人员早期识别冠心病患者PCI术后运动恐惧并提供精准化干预措施提供参考。Fear of movement has become an important obstacle for patients with coronary heart disease to participate in exercise rehabilitation after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Based on the analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad,this article reviews the concept evolution process,assessment tools and causes and consequences of fear of movement in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,aiming to provide a reference for medical staff to early identify fear of movement in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI and provide precise intervention measures.
