摘　　要：银杏叶提取物EGb-761因其具有较好的抗肿瘤作用而受到关注。简述了银杏叶提取物EGb-761的化学成分及化合物活性成分的抗肿瘤作用,为EGb-761在临床抗肿瘤的深入理论研究和机制探索提供一定的思路。Ginkgo biloba extract EGb-761 has attracted much attention because of its good anti-tumor effect.The chemical composition of EGb-761 of Ginkgo biloba leaf extract and the anti-tumor effects of active components of the compound are briefly described,which provides new ideas for the in-depth theoretical research and mechanism exploration of EGb-761 in clinical anti-tumor research.
