摘 要:在教育变革背景下,高校图书馆面临着向研究型学习支持服务的转型。同伴教育对于图书馆发挥人才培养的职能、促进学生的学习与研究有重要作用。文章通过文献综述构建了一个同伴教育理论框架,并以上海大学图书馆基于写作中心开展的一对一学术写作辅导为案例,总结了同伴教育在系统化组织架构、差异化服务形式、渐进式培训机制三方面的发展经验,评估了同伴教育服务实施的具体效果,以期能为我国高校图书馆建立未来学习中心等新型组织机构、开展学习支持服务提供借鉴和参考。In the context of educational reform,university libraries are facing a shift towards research-based learning support services.Peer education plays a crucial role in enabling libraries to fulfill their function in talent development and promoting students'learning and research.This paper constructs a theoretical framework for peer education through a literature review.Using the one-on-one academic writing tutoring program at Shanghai University Library,based on its Writing Center,as a case study,the paper explores the development experience of peer education in three areas:systematic organizational structure,differentiated service models,and progressive training mechanisms.It analyzes the specific outcomes of implementing peer education services,aiming to provide insights and references for university libraries in China to establish new organizational models,such as future learning centers,and to enhance learning support services.
