启智增慧润泽乡里:无锡堰桥村前图书馆的历程、特色与影响

摘　　要：无锡堰桥村前图书馆是中国近代最早成立的乡村图书馆之一,其历史沿革可分为初创、探索、变革三个时期。作为中国近代乡村图书馆建设的缩影和写照,村前图书馆每年来馆阅读人数颇多,真正做到了惠济乡民。村前图书馆民建民享、藏书丰富、活动多样,通过设立儿童阅览室、举办书画展、联合胡氏公学等方式,充分融入了当地民众的日常生活,营造了一个乡村公共文化空间,发挥了社会教育和乡村教育的文化职能。加强和改进乡村图书馆建设是当前乡村振兴的重要组成部分,村前图书馆不失为乡村图书馆建设的一个范本,为当下的乡村振兴和乡村文化建设提供了丰富的历史经验。The Yanqiao Cunqian Library in Wuxi is one of the earliest rural libraries established in modern China.Its historical evolution can be divided into three periods:initial creation,exploration,and reform.As a microcosm and reflection of the construction of rural libraries in China,the Cunqian Library had a large number of visitors every year,truly benefiting the villagers.The Cunqian Library had characteristics of being built for the people,having a large collection of books,and rich activities.By establishing children's reading rooms,holding calligraphy and painting exhibitions,and collaborating with Hus’Public School,it had fully integrated into the daily lives of the local people,creating a rural cultural public space in front of the village,and playing the cultural functions of social education and rural education.Strengthening and improving the construction of rural libraries is an important component of current rural revitalization.The Cunqian Library can be regarded as a model for the construction of rural libraries,providing rich historical experience for the current rural revitalization and rural cultural construction.
