摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央把文化建设摆在治国理政的突出位置,把文化体制改革作为全面深化改革的重要组成部分加以谋划推进,围绕如何进一步推动文化建设高质量发展,做出一系列重大决策部署,取得一系列重大理论和实践成果。新时代文化建设之所以能够取得历史性成就、发生历史性变革,最根本在于有习近平总书记领航掌舵,有习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想特别是习近平文化思想科学指引。新征程上进一步推进文化建设,必须全面贯彻习近平文化思想,传承发展中华优秀传统文化,促进外来文化本土化,不断培育和创造新时代中国特色社会主义文化。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has placed cultural construction in a prominent position in governing the country,planned and promoted the reform of the cultural management system as an important part of comprehensively deepening reform,made a series of major decisions and arrangements on how to further promote high-quality development of cultural construction,and had a series of major theoretical and practical achievements.The historic achievements and shifts in the cause of the Party and the country were made possible fundamentally because General Secretary Xi Jinping,as the core of the CPC Central Committee and the whole Party,has steered a steady course at the helm,and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era has pro-vided scientific guidance.To further promote cultural construction on the new journey,we must fully implement Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,inherit and develop China's excellent traditional culture,promote the localization of foreign cultures,and constantly cultivate and create socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
