摘 要:脊柱畸形是临床脊柱外科的一种常见症状,在青少年和儿童中的发病率较高,而老年人随着脊柱退行性改变也会出现脊柱侧弯。因此,如何矫正脊柱畸形,减轻患者的痛苦,一直都是脊柱外科医师面临的难题。现阶段,随着数字骨科技术的不断成熟,3D打印技术已经逐步运用于各种复杂脊柱手术之中,采用该技术定制个体的脊柱模型和特质的椎体融合器等,可实现术前的手术模拟、术中的精准定位,从而降低手术风险,保证患者在手术过程中的安全性与稳定性。3D打印技术在脊柱外科领域的应用展现出巨大的潜力和优势。该技术不仅为脊柱外科相关疾病的治疗提供一种个性化、精准化和智能化的新方式,还不断推动医工交叉融合,拓展其应用场景。Spinal deformity is a common clinical condition in spinal surgery,with a relatively high incidence among adolescents and children.And the elderly individuals may develop scoliosis due to degenerative changes in the spine.Therefore,how to correct spinal deformities and alleviate the patients′suffering has always been a challenge for spinal surgeons.At present,with the continuous advancement of digital orthopedic technology,3D printing technology has gradually been applied to various complex spinal surgeries.Through this technology,individualized spinal models and customized vertebral fusion devices can be created,enabling preoperative surgical simulation and intraoperative precise positioning,thus reduces surgical risks and ensures the safety and stability of the patients during the procedure.The application of 3D printing technology in the field of spinal surgery demonstrates tremendous potential and advantages.This technology not only provides a new individualized,precise,and intelligent approach to treating spinal-related diseases but also continuously promotes the integration of medicine and engineering,expanding its application scenarios.
