摘 要:机械通气是重症医学科中挽救患者生命的重要手段之一,但长时间的机械通气会导致许多并发症出现,影响患者预后,而过早撤机也可能导致二次插管,甚至导致患者死亡。因此,寻找恰当的撤机时机至关重要。近年来,超声膈肌测量技术和电阻抗成像(EIT)技术作为新兴的影像技术在机械通气撤机方面的应用受到广泛关注。两种技术相结合可以从多角度展现患者的通气状态和呼吸肌功能,从而实现个性化管理并评估恰当的撤机时机。超声膈肌测量技术与EIT技术的联合应用在机械通气撤机方面具有广阔应用前景,为患者提供更为安全和有效的撤机方案。Mechanical ventilation is one of the important means to save patient lives in critical care medicine.However,prolonged mechanical ventilation can lead to many complications and affect the prognosis of the patients,while premature withdrawal of the machine may also result in secondary intubation and even lead to patient death.Therefore,it is crucial to find the appropriate weaning time.In recent years,the application of ultrasound diaphragm measurement technology and electrical impedance tomography(EIT)as emerging imaging techniques in mechanical ventilation has received widespread attention.The combination of the two technologies can display the patient ventilation status and respiratory muscle function from multiple perspectives,thereby achieving individualized management and evaluating appropriate weaning timing.The combination of ultrasound diaphragm measurement technology and EIT has broad application prospects in mechanical ventilation weaning,providing the patients with a safer and more effective withdrawal plan.
