壮族民间医书《医药秘方》探析

摘　　要：壮族民间医书《医药秘方》是一部记载较多经验医方的方药文献,包括内科、外科、妇科、五官科等类别医方,共计173首,另有13首兽医方。通过对《医药秘方》内容的梳理和解读,其多用方言记录疾病与药物称谓,方药配伍简单且常用地方药物,保存较多经验医方,具有鲜明的民族特色与地域特点。作为一部成书时间相对较早的壮族医药文献,《医药秘方》具有较大的学术价值与临床研究价值,可以对现代壮医药研究提供更加丰富的学术支撑。Zhuang medical book Yiyao Mifang is a manuscript which recorded more experience of medical prescriptions.The medical book includes internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,and facial features,a total of 173 medical prescriptions,and 13 veterinary prescriptions.By combing and interpreting the contents of Yiyao Mifang,it uses dialects to record the names of diseases and drugs,and the prescriptions are simple to mix and commonly used local medicines,and preserve more experienced medical prescriptions.The medical book has distinct ethnic and regional characteristics.As a relatively early historical medical document of Zhuang nationality,Yiyao Mifang has great academic value and clinical research value,and can provide more abundant reference information for modern Zhuang medicine research.
