摘　　要：桥本甲状腺炎归属于中医“瘿病”范畴,多囊卵巢综合征归属于中医“月经后期”“不孕”“闭经”等范畴,二者临床表现有许多相似之处,如月经紊乱、排卵减少、内分泌代谢异常等。情志因素为二者共同的致病因素,其发病与肝的生理病理密切相关,肝气不舒为二者的核心病机,具有相同的“证”,证同治亦同,故临床均可从肝论治,体现中医学“异病同治”的特色治疗理论,亦体现异病同治的精髓,注重方证对应,抓主要矛盾,而不拘泥于方病对应。Hashimoto thyroiditis belongs to the“gall disease”category of Chinese medicine,polycystic ovary syndrome belongs to the“late menstruation”,“infertility”,“amenorrhea”and other categories of Chinese medicine,the clinical manifestations of the two have many similarities,such as menstrual disorders,reduced ovulation,endocrine and metabolic abnormalities.Emotional factors are the common pathogenic factors of the two,and their pathogenesis is closely related to liver physiology and pathology,and liver qi discomfort is the core pathogenesis of the two,with the same“syndrome”and the same treatment of the syndrome.Therefore,clinical treatment can be based on the liver,reflecting the characteristic treatment theory of“the same treatment of different diseases”in traditional Chinese medicine,and also reflecting the essence of the same treatment of different diseases.And not adhere to the prescription disease corresponding.
