基于中西医临床病症特点的变应性咽炎动物模型建立与评价

摘　　要：目的:分析和比对变应性咽炎相关动物模型与中西医临床病症的吻合情况,探索变应性咽炎动物模型的建立方法。方法:通过整理分析现有变应性咽炎相关动物模型的模型分类、造模方法、模型特点及临床吻合度情况。结果:结合肺气虚、变应性鼻炎及慢性咽炎因素的复合性动物模型、豚鼠咳嗽敏感性增高动物模型与变应性咽炎中西医临床病症吻合度较高。结论:研究提示将现有变应性咽炎相关动物模型相结合,为后续建立贴近中西医临床病症的变应性咽炎动物模型提供思路。Objective To explore the method of establishing animal model of allergic pharyngitis by analyzing and comparing the coincidence between the animal model of allergic pharyngitis and the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods The classification,modeling methods,characteristics and clinical coincidence of the existing animal models of allergic pharyngitis were analyzed.Results The compound animal model combined with lung qi deficiency,allergic rhinitis and chronic pharyngitis and the animal model with increased cough sensitivity of guinea pigs were highly consistent with the clinical symptoms of allergic pharyngitis.Conclusion It is suggested that the existing animal models of allergic pharyngitis should be combined to provide ideas for the subsequent establishment of animal models of allergic pharyngitis close to the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
