摘 要:目的:研究不同生长期、不同部位朱砂根中岩白菜素的动态积累规律。方法:采集不同生长期的朱砂根,以高效液相法(HPLC)测定不同采收期、不同部位朱砂根中岩白菜素的含量。Phenomenex色谱柱SuperLu C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5.0μm);流动相为甲醇-水=25∶75;流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为275 nm。结果:朱砂根中岩白菜素的含量在不同生长时期、不同部位有明显的变化规律。其中朱砂根药材中岩白菜素的含量在10月下旬达到顶峰;不同部位岩白菜素含量依次为:根>茎>叶>花>果实。结论:朱砂根中岩白菜素含量的积累动态将为研究中药朱砂根规范化种植及制定最佳采收期提供一定的科学依据。Objective To Study the dynamic accumulation content of bergenin in Ardisia crenata at different growth stages and locations.Methods Collect Ardisia crenata from different growth stages and determine the content of bergenin in different parts using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)from different growth stages and determine the content of bergenin in different parts using high-performance liquid chromatography.Phenomenex Chromatographic column SuperLu C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5.0μm),The mobile phase was methanol-water solution(25∶75),the velocity is 1 mL/min,and the detection wavelength is 275 nm.Results The content of bergenin in Ardisia crenata shows significant changes in different growth stages and parts.The content of bergenin in Ardisia crenata root medicinal materials reached its peak in late October;the content of bergenin in different parts of the plant is in the following order:root>stem>leaf>flower>fruit.Conclusion The accumulation dynamics of bergenin content in Ardisia crenata will provide a scientific basis for studying the standardized planting of traditional Chinese medicine Ardisia crenata and formulating the optimal harvesting period.
