摘 要:目的:研究白术炒炭炮制的最佳炮制工艺。方法:利用紫外-可见分光光度法测定总多糖含量作为指标,基于外观性状特征赋予各指标相应的权重系数;采用单因素实验、正交设计实验考察白术炒制温度、炒制时间、投样量对工艺的影响。结果:通过单因素、正交设计实验影响的白术炒炭影响因素为炒制温度>投样量>炒制时间,最优炮制工艺为投样量20 g,炒制温度220℃,炒制22 min。结论:此方法可行且稳定,优化了白术炒炭炮制工艺。Objective To study the best processing technology of charcoal-frying Atractylodes macrocephala.Methods The content of polysaccharide was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry as an index,and the corresponding weight coefficients were given to each index based on the appearance characteristics.Then the orthogonal design experiment was used to investigate the influence of frying temperature(A),frying time(B),sample dosage(C)on the technology.Results The optimum processing technology of stir-frying Atractylodes macrocephala was determined by orthogonal design experiment,which was that the common Atractylodes macrocephala was stir-fried for 22 min at 220℃and the sample dosage was 20 g.Conclusion This method is feasible and stable,and the processing technology of charcoal-frying Atractylodes macrocephala is optimized.
