含银柴胡古今方剂组方规律对比研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨含银柴胡古今方剂的用药规律。方法:古方以《中医方剂大辞典》为检索数据库,今方以古今医案云平台、中医古籍软件、《中药成方制剂》、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据等为检索数据库,筛选含银柴胡的方剂。采用古今医案云平台V2.3.5软件进行关联规则分析、聚类分析及复杂网络分析。结果:含银柴胡的古方主要用于治疗疳积等小儿杂病类,含银柴胡的今方主要用于治疗外感高热病、湿温病、感冒等外感热病类。古今方配伍药物出现频次排名前10位的相同药物为甘草、地黄、地骨皮、白芍、当归、知母,以清热药、补虚药较多。古今方四气均以寒性为多,五味以甘、苦、辛味为主,归经以肝、肺、脾胃经为主。古方主要涉及药物10味,今方15味。古方得到新方2组,今方3组。古方核心药物组合为银柴胡、胡黄连、甘草、白芍、地黄、黄芩;今方的核心药物组合为银柴胡、甘草、地骨皮、地黄、当归、白芍。结论:针对不同病证,银柴胡配伍多样,但常配地骨皮、当归、甘草等,存在一定的共性,以清热药、补虚药较多,同时配伍息风止痉药、理气药、止咳平喘药等。Objective To investigate the rule of the ancient and modern prescription of Radix Stellarise(Yin Chaihu).Methods The traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription Dictionary was used as the search database for ancient prescriptions,and the modern and ancient medical records cloud platform,ancient Chinese medicine books software,Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription Preparation,China National Knowledge Network(CNKI),Wanfang data were used as the search database to screen the prescriptions containing silver bupleurum.Association rule analysis,cluster analysis and complex network analysis were carried out using V2.3.5 software of ancient and modern medical records cloud platform.Results The ancient prescription containing Radix Stellarise(Yin Chaihu)was mainly used in the treatment of infantile miscellaneous diseases such as chancre,and the modern prescription containing silver bupleurum was mainly used in the treatment of exogenous high fever,damp and warm disease,cold and other exogenous fever.The top 10 drugs in the frequency of compatibility of ancient and modern prescriptions were licorice,Rehmannia,ground bone skin,Radix paeoniae,Angelica sinensis and Zhimu,and there were more drugs for clearing heat and tonifying deficiency.The four Qis of ancient and modern prescriptions are mainly cold,the five tastes are mainly sweet,bitter and pungent,and the main channel is liver,lung,spleen and stomach.The ancient prescription mainly involved 10 flavors of medicine,and the present prescription 15 flavors.The old formula has 2 groups of the new formula and 3 groups of the present formula.The core drug combinations of ancient prescriptions were Yin Chaihu,Rhizoma coptis,licorice,Paeony,Rehmannia,scutellaria;The core drug combination of this prescription is Yin Chaihu,glycyrrhiza licorice,ground bone skin,Rehmannia,Angelica,white peony.Conclusion According to different diseases,Radix Stellarise(Yin Chaihu)is mixed with various kinds of diseases,but it is often combined with Radix gugupi,Radix Angica and licorice.There are
