近十年中医外治法治疗尿毒症性皮肤瘙痒的临床研究进展

摘　　要：尿毒症相关性皮肤瘙痒是终末期肾衰竭患者常见的并发症之一,以全身或局部不同程度的皮疹、脱屑、皮肤干燥与瘙痒为主症,临床发病率高,严重影响患者生活质量。目前西医治疗手段以针对症状或诱因进行,临床治疗方法少且疗效尚不理想;而中医外治法以辨证论治为主,对尿毒症性皮肤瘙痒的治疗有其绿色安全、副作用少等独特优势。文章从中西医病因病机研究、针刺、药线点灸、耳穴、穴位贴敷、中药外洗、中药熏蒸、中药塌渍、中药灌肠以及其他外治法等方面对近十年中医外治法治疗该病进行筛选、整理、分析,综述进展,以期为临床治疗该病提供有益的方法和思路,同时针对中医外治尿毒症相关性皮肤瘙痒的不足提出建议,并对今后的研究方向做出展望。Uremia-related pruritus is one of the common complications in patients with end-stage renal failure.It is characterized by systemic or local rash,desquamation,dry skin and pruritus.The clinical incidence is high,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.At present,western medicine treatment is based on symptoms or incentives,and the clinical treatment methods are few and the curative effect is not ideal.The external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly based on syndrome differentiation and treatment.The treatment of uremic pruritus has its unique advantages such as green safety and few side effects.In this paper,the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,acupuncture,medicated thread moxibustion,auricular points,acupoint application,external washing of traditional Chinese medicine,fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine,collapse stains of traditional Chinese medicine,enema of traditional Chinese medicine and other external treatment methods were screened,sorted out and analyzed in the past ten years,and the progress was reviewed in order to provide useful methods and ideas for clinical treatment of the disease.At the same time,some suggestions were put forward for the deficiency of external treatment of uremia-related pruritus in traditional Chinese medicine,and the future research direction was prospected.
