摘　　要：文章从临床角度出发,简述了阻碍择期消化内镜手术如期安全进行的3个主要问题:患者术前焦虑、术前肠道准备不充分、术前不慎外感。总结了中医药在此3个方面的干预措施及临床疗效,得出结论:中医药在择期消化内镜手术术前应用前景广阔,疗效确切安全,值得推广。From the clinical perspective,this paper briefly describes the three main problems that impede elective gastrointestinal endoscopic surgery to be performed safely as scheduled:patients preoperative anxiety,insufficient preoperative intestinal preparation,and inadvertent exogenous sensations in the preoperative period,and summarizes the interventions of Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese and Western medicine in these three aspects and their clinical efficacy,and concludes that the application of traditional Chinese medicine in elective gastrointestinal endoscopic preoperative surgery has a promising future,and the therapeutic efficacy is exact and safe,which is worthy of popularization.
