浅谈从脾论治消渴内障

摘　　要：消渴内障是消渴病的常见眼部并发症之一,相当于西医学糖尿病性视网膜病。近年来,随着人们生活习惯改变,消渴病的患病率逐年增加,消渴内障的患病率也随之增加。目前,消渴内障已成为我国工作年龄人群的第一致盲眼病。如今临床上主要有抗VEGF药物治疗和眼内手术等治疗方式,存在时效性、易复发等问题,甚至治疗后可引起一系列的并发症。中医认为,消渴内障是由于消渴病日久,气血运行异常引起的眼部变证,以虚为本,以痰饮、瘀血为标,虚实夹杂。文章总结了韩光教授治疗消渴内障的临床经验,其认为,消渴内障责之脏腑,与肝、脾、肾三脏相关,尤其与脾关系密切。治疗上,将整体与局部有机结合,从脏腑论治,调整全身气血,临床疗效颇佳。Diabetic retinopathy is one of the common ocular complications of diabetes,which is equivalent to diabetes retinopathy in western medicine.In recent years,with changes in people s living habits,the incidence of diabetes has been increasing year by year,and the incidence of diabetes related disorders has also increased.At present,diabetic retinopathy has become the leading cause of blindness among the working age population in China.Nowadays,there are mainly anti VEGF drug treatment and intraocular surgery in clinical practice,which have problems such as timeliness,susceptibility to recurrence,and even a series of complications after treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the internal obstruction of diabetes is caused by the abnormal circulation of qi and blood in the eyes due to prolonged diabetes.It is based on deficiency,marked by phlegm and blood stasis,and mixed with deficiency and excess.The article summarizes Professor Han Guang s clinical experience in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Professor Han Guang believes that the internal organs responsible for quenching thirst are closely related to the liver,spleen,and kidney,especially the spleen.In terms of treatment,the whole body is organically combined with the local area,and treatment is based on the organs,adjusting the overall qi and blood,resulting in excellent clinical efficacy.
