摘　　要：卵巢储备功能下降(diminished ovarian reserve, DOR)是一种临床常见的妇科内分泌疾病,临床治疗上目前以激素补充疗法为主,存在禁忌证较多、不良反应大、副作用多等问题。中医药在DOR的治疗上具有一定优势,不仅能够缓解临床症状,也能有效延缓病情进展。文章总结了李燕教授治疗DOR的临证经验,李燕教授认为肾阴虚是DOR发病的主要病机,治疗以大补阴丸为基础方加减,以滋补肾阴为主,在临床上取得良好疗效。Diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)is a common gynecological endocrine disorder in clinical practice,and the current clinical treatment is mainly based on hormone replacement therapy,which has many contraindications,significant adverse reactions,and many side effects.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has certain advantages in the treatment of DOR,not only can it alleviate clinical symptoms,but also effectively slow down the progression of the disease.This article summarizes the clinical experience of Li Yan,a professor,in treating DOR.Li Yan believes that kidney yin deficiency is the main pathogenesis of DOR,and the treatment is based on the prescription of Dabuyin Pill,with the main goal of nourishing kidney yin.It has achieved good clinical effects.
