三晋王氏妇科辨治卵巢早衰经验浅析

摘　　要：卵巢早衰是女性生殖内分泌疾病中常见的疑难病症,近几年其发病率逐年增加,且患病年龄有年轻化趋势,对女性生理功能、生育能力和身心健康产生较大影响。国家级非遗三晋王氏妇科流派为十大妇科流派之一,对妇科常见疑难病特别是卵巢早衰等疾病有独特的见解且颇有疗效。文章通过分析三晋王氏妇科对卵巢早衰病因病机的认识,总结三晋王氏妇科治疗卵巢早衰的辨治优势,同时也为同道治疗卵巢早衰提供临床经验借鉴。Premature ovarian failure(POF)is a common and difficult disease in female reproductive endocrine diseases,and its incidence has increased year by year in recent years,and the age of the disease has a tendency to be younger,which has a great impact on women s physiological function,fertility and physical and mental health.The National Intangible Cultural Heritage Sanjin Wang′s Gynecology School is one of the top ten gynecological schools,which has unique insights and curative effects on common and difficult gynecological diseases,especially premature ovarian failure.This article analyzes the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of premature ovarian failure in Sanjin Wang′s gynecology,summarizes the advantages of Sanjin Wang′s gynecology in the treatment of premature ovarian failure,and also provides clinical experience for the treatment of premature ovarian failure.
