手少阴心经循行及其五输穴探析

摘　　要：关于经脉数由十一演变十二的用意讨论由来已久。《黄帝内经》中十一脉与十二脉共存,其后诸文献多为十二脉。《灵枢·经脉》中可探寻到相对明显的演变痕迹,笔者通过对原文进行仔细阅读,并从手少阴心经与手心主之脉相关条文、五输穴、原穴及络穴等角度进行分析,发现手少阴心经循行分布位置《内经》不同篇目中并不完全一致,今天的心经五输穴也与《内经》所载有出入。鉴于此,对手少阴心经循行路线及其五输穴进行探讨。The meaning why the number of meridians changed from eleven to twelve has been discussed for a long time.The eleven and twelve meridians coexist in The Yellow Emperors Canon of Internal Medicine,and most of the later literatures have twelve meridians.Relatively obvious traces of evolution can be found in Miraculous Pivot,through careful reading of the original text,and analysis from the perspectives of the relevant provisions of the Shaoyin Heart Meridian of hand and the jueyin pericardium meridian of hand,the Five Shu points,the Original points and the Luo points,it is found that the distribution position of the Shaoyin heart meridian of hand is not completely consistent in different articles in the The Yellow Emperors Canon of Internal Medicine.In view of this,the route of The shaoyin heart meridian of hand and its five points are discussed.
