摘  要:电网数字化在电网生产、营销和客户服务中至关重要。针对高冗余、强关联的数字化项目优选问题,提出基于博弈论组合赋权和改进VIKOR法的评价方法。首先,从安全性、财务、客户、运营、环境和可持续发展6个维度,选择20个指标建立电网数字化储备项目评价指标体系。其次,利用BWM法和CRITIC法计算主、客观权重,利用博弈论组合赋权法确定综合权重。再次,采用改进VIKOR法对项目进行排序。实证分析显示,业务收入增长和资源调度效率是项目评价的关键指标,且改进VIKOR法具有较大离散度。该方法为电网企业优化资源配置、提升项目效益提供了有效工具。Grid digitization plays an important role in grid production,marketing and customer service.This paper proposes an evaluation method based on game theory combination weighting and improved VIKOR method for the optimization of digital projects with high redundancy and strong correlation.Firstly,from six dimensions of security,finance,customer,operation,environment and sustainable development,20 indicators are selected to establish the evaluation index system of power grid digital reserve project.Secondly,the BWM method and CRITIC method are used to calculate the main and objective weights,and the game theory combination weighting method is used to determine the comprehensive weights.Thirdly,the improved VIKOR method is used to sort the items.The empirical analysis shows that business revenue growth and resource scheduling efficiency are the key indicators of project evaluation,and the improved VIKOR method has a large dispersion degree.This method provides an effective tool for power grid enterprises to optimize resource allocation and improve project benefits.
