摘 要:随着远距离跨区高压直流输电规模的持续增长,电力系统暂态电压稳定的问题也日益突出,针对现有实用暂态电压量化评价指标无法计及不同电压阈值和低电压持续时间影响的问题,提出了一种考虑跌落深度与可接受性的暂态电压稳定评估方法。首先,综合计及故障切除后负荷节点、传统直流输电和柔性直流输电换流站节点的电压恢复特性,构建了计及传统直流输电和柔性直流输电的暂态电压跌落程度的量化评价指标;然后,通过暂态电压跌落程度的精细化分区,建立了考虑不同电压阈值和低电压持续时间的暂态电压跌落程度指标,实现受端系统暂态电压跌落程度的定量刻画,解决了传统暂态电压稳定裕度指标无法计及网络拓扑影响的问题,基于故障母线扰动能量在其余不同电气距离母线间的传播特性,实现计及交直流系统网络拓扑的暂态电压稳定裕度量化评估;最后,通过某实际系统的仿真分析,验证了所提暂态电压量化评估方法的准确性和有效性。As the scale of long-distance cross-region HVDC transmission continues to grow,the problem of transient voltage stability in power systems becomes more and more prominent.In view of the problem that the existing pra-ctical quantitative evaluation indexes of transient voltage cannot account for the influence of different voltage thresholds and low voltage duration,a transient voltage stability evaluation method considering the sag depth and accepta-bility is proposed in this paper.Firstly,taking into account the voltage recovery characteristics of load nodes,traditi-onal HVDC and flexible HVDC converter station nodes after fault removal,a quantitative evaluation index of transi-ent voltage drop degree considering traditional HVDC and flexible HVDC is constructed.Then,through the refined zoning of the transient voltage drop degree,a transient voltage drop degree index considering different voltage thresholds and low voltage duration is established to achieve a quantitative characterization of the transient voltage drop degree of the receiving system.In order to solve the problem that the traditional transient voltage stability margin i-ndex cannot take into account the influence of network topology,Based on the propagation characteristics of the di-sturbance energy of the fault bus between the other buses with different electrical distances,the transient voltage st-ability margin of the AC/DC system network topology is quantitatively evaluated.Finally,through the simulation an-alysis of a real system,the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed transient voltage quantitative evaluation meth-od are verified.
