摘  要:针对传统电连炉采用380V低压大电流供电导致电源网侧电流畸变率高、功率因数低的问题,提出采用10 kV高压小电流直接接入电源,通过基于网侧绕组延边三角形接法的24脉波移相变压器多回路均衡输出给负载供电。对移相变压器的移相原理、网侧电流谐波含量相消和功率因数的提高进行公式推导。基于Simulink仿真验证理论推导的正确性,最后搭建实物平台进行验证,结果表明网侧电流畸变率低于5%,功率因数在95%左右,提高了电能质量。In response to the issues of high current distortion rate and low power factor on the power grid side caused by the traditional electric furnace using 380 V low-voltage high-current power supply,this paper proposes to directly connect to the power source with 1o kV high-voltage low-current.The power is supplied to the load through a 24-pulse phaseshifting transformer based on the delta connection of the grid-side winding,with multi-circuit balanced output.The phase-shifting principle of the phase-shifting transformer,the cancellation of harmonic content in the grid-side current,and the improvement of the power factor are derived through formulas.Based on Simulink simulation,the correctness of the theoretical derivation is verified,and finally,a physical platform is built.The results show that the grid-side current distortion rate is below 5%,and the power factor is around 95%,which improves the quality of electrical energy.
