COT套管防雨罩拆装专用工具的研制

摘　　要：主变压器COT型套管在长期运行过程中,由于放油阀密封胶圈老化会出现渗漏油,长期渗漏可能导致套管内部渗水等隐患。针对同型号套管,需全部进行取油样排查,取油样前首先需对套管防雨罩进行拆除。但目前的COT套管防雨罩拆除时使用皮带扳手进行拆装,常因受力不对中导致防雨罩固定螺牙滑牙而无法拆除,需暴力破坏后进行套管更换。为解决上述问题,研制了一种防雨罩专用拆装工具,可直接作用在套管防雨罩的固定螺牙处进行拆装,便于COT套管取油样进行隐患排查工作。During long-term operation of the COT type bushing of the main transformer,oil leakage may occur due to the aging of the sealing rubber ring of the oil drain valve.Long term leakage may lead to hidden dangers such as water seepage inside the bushing.For the same type of bushing,all oil samples need to be taken for inspection.To take oil samples,the rainproof cover of the bushing needs to be removed first.At present,a belt wrench is used to disassemble and assemble the COT sleeve rain cover.However,when using a belt wrench,the fixed screw teeth of the rain cover are often misaligned due to force,and the sliding teeth cannot be removed.The sleeve needs to be replaced after violent damage.To solve the above problems,this study designs a specialized disassembly and assembly tool for rain covers.This tool can directly act on the fixed screw teeth of the casing rain cover for disassembly and assembly,making it convenient for COT casing to take oil samples for hazard investigation.
