摘 要:以一起某110kV变电站10kVI段母线上某10kV出线间隔断路器拒动和同一段母线上10kV站用接地变保护相继动作实例为依据,根据变电站现场监控报文、保护装置动作记录、断路器设备解体分析等信息,分析了故障期间各保护装置动作出口逻辑顺序,对10kV断路器分解情况进行探讨,综合多种断路器慢分情况提出优化措施,以促进电网系统的可靠稳定运行。This article takes the example of a 1o kV outgoing line interval circuit breaker refusing to operate on the lo kV I section busbar of a 110 kV substation and the subsequent operation of the 1o kV station grounding transformer protection on the same section busbar as the basis.Based on the on-site monitoring message of the substation and the action record of the protection device,as well as the disassembly analysis of the circuit breaker equipment,the logical sequence of each protection device's action outlet during the fault period is analyzed in detail,and the decomposition situation of the 10 kV circuit breaker is discussed in depth.Optimization measures are proposed to promote the reliable and stable operation of the power grid system by integrating various slow opening situations of circuit breakers.
