摘  要:N_(2)降黏泡沫驱是普通稠油油藏开发中后期提高采收率的可靠手段,但围绕其驱油特征和影响规律的可视化试验研究有限。采用微观刻蚀模型和二维可视化平板模型分别开展可视化试验,探究N_(2)降黏泡沫微观驱油特征和原油动用机制,分析气液比和注入方式的影响。结果表明:N_(2)降黏泡沫驱显著改善N_(2)驱后期气窜现象,有效增加气体驻留时间,扩大波及并提高驱油效率;N_(2)降黏泡沫通过乳化分散、降黏和剥离作用提高洗油效率,通过与乳状油滴联合调堵作用扩大波及系数;气液比为3∶1时,波及系数和驱油效率最高;气液同注时,N_(2)降黏泡沫预生成且可在地层中大量稳定存在,利于发挥乳化降黏和封堵调驱的优势,波及系数和驱油效率明显高于气体前置、气体后置和气液交替的注入方式。N_(2)viscous-reducing foam flooding is a proven technique for enhancing oil recovery during mid to late stages of development in ordinary heavy oil reservoirs,but there are few studies on its oil displacement mechanisms using pore-scale visualization experiments.In this study,visualization experiments were carried out using microscopic etching model and 2D visualization plate model respectively.The microscopic oil displacement characteristics and oil mobilization mechanisms in N_(2)viscous-reducing foam flooding were investigated,and the impacts of gas-liquid ratio and injection method were examined.The results indicate that N_(2)viscous-reducing foam flooding can significantly reduce gas channeling during the late stage of N_(2)flooding,effectively increase gas residence time,expand sweep area and improve oil displacement efficiency.N_(2)viscous-reducing foam can improve oil displacement efficiency mainly by emulsifying dispersion,reducing viscosity and stripping,and expanding sweep coefficient by combining with emulsion oil droplets for plugging.The sweep coefficient and oil displacement efficiency tend to the highest when the gas-liquid ratio is set at 3∶1.When gas and liquid are co-injected,N_(2)viscous-reducing foam can be pre-formed in wellbore and is stable in the rock formation,which is conducive to emulsified viscosity reducing and plugging.The sweep coefficient and oil displacement efficiency of the gas-liquid co-injection method are significantly higher than those of gas injection alone and alternative gas-liquid injection methods.
